1.  Limited Warranty Scope

Warranty valid for original purchaser and non-transferable

2.  Conditions for Claim

• Product installed per Altis manual and local codes.
• Registered within 90 days of delivery.
• Proof-of-purchase and photo evidence required.

3.  Remedies

Altis will, at its option, (a) repair, (b) replace with same or comparable product, or (c) refund up to the original purchase price 

4.  Exclusions

Damage from extreme weather beyond rated loads, unauthorised modifications, accidental damage during relocation, normal wear (surface scratches, fading), or commercial use.

5.  Filing a Claim

E-mail hello@altishome.com with subject “Warranty Claim – Order #”. We aim to respond within three working days.

6.  Jurisdiction

All warranty claims are governed by Indian law and subject to Gurugram courts, unless resolved via the arbitration clause in Terms §10.
