Orders over ₹25,000 ship free

3.  Dispatch Times

Pergola kits: 2-3 business days from order confirmation. Accessories: 1 business day. Custom-finish items: +5 business days.

4.  Delivery Windows

Metro cities: 3-6 days; non-metro: 5-10 days. Freight partner will call to schedule a kerb-side drop. Buyer is responsible for onsite assembly.

5.  Shipping Damage

Inspect packages on arrival; note missing boxes on the POD and notify support within 48 hours
