Returns Policy

1.  Return Windows

• Defective / Damaged on Arrival: 100 days from delivery for full refund or replacement
• Change-of-Mind: 30 days; item  must be unopened, in resalable condition

2.  Restocking & Fees

Change-of-mind returns incur a 15 % restocking fee plus outbound freight, 

3.  Return Process

E-mail hello@altishome.com with order number, photos and reason. We issue an RMA, arrange pick-up or provide drop-off instructions.

Custom-coloured frames, products already installed, clearance items and gift cards are non-returnable—

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days after item inspection.
